Prakash Patel is the founder of Transcend Group Holdings LLC. He has years of business expertise in construction, medical, private equity. Mr. Patel is an experienced, result-oriented, and forward-thinking individual and Mr. Patel’s core personal values of honesty, integrity, and fairness are the guiding principles for the company and each of its subsidiaries. He is involved in every aspect of the business, from operations to financial management. He earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Raj Borad
COO
Raj Borad is co-founder of Transcend Group Holdings, LLC and joined with Mr. Patel. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and managing the team. Prior to joining the company, He was serving as the Lead QA engineer at Taco Bell. He also worked for US Bank as an IT consultant. Mr. Borad earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Rashesh B. Rangrej has 29 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He has great leadership, analytical, and management skills. He implements vision, direction, and guidance to each project, making sure each Project’s goal truly succeeds. His prolific businesses have been influenced by his spirituality, humility, and servitude. His humble demeanor and positive personality are always present. He performs construction administration, which involves city planning, Legal, permit processing, financial processing necessary to develop new projects. He won numerous awards in Hospitality and other industries by different organizations.
Purav Patel
Purav Patel is self-driven, passionate & dedicated with extensive experience in managing and leading executive teams for the last 23 years in the O&G business. He served as President and Exec. VP at an O&G Manufacturing business with revenues over 50 Million USD & over 300 employees. Mr. Patel is protecting investors’ value and mitigating risk with broad experience in accounting, taxes, commercial lending & financing, and dealing with banks. Mr. Patel has earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engg and pursued MBA in Finance & Marketing
